Nell Bank has an outstanding reputation for team building for all ages and adult management training designed to develop individual and group potential.
Team building days emphasise trust building, communication skills, leadership, and problem solving in a non threatening, fun context.
The setting and specialist equipment enable the centre to offer powerful problem solving activities including some some unique to Nell Bank.
The ‘Nellbania Challenge’ is an effective day consisting of crossing Piranha infested rivers and lakes, traversing mountain ranges and hunting and collecting rare species in an attempt to save them from extinction. Dangers are perceived not actual.
This development process is open to any team, ages 11-70.
Some of the biggest companies in the world have used Nell Bank for team days. Income from commercial groups supports the development of the site and access for community groups with less resources.
